CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
We do our very best to try and accommodate every client to the best of our ability. Each time your appointment is booked you will receive a text or email confirmation and a reminder text 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please do your best to honor your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
You will be required to book your appointment online using a credit card to secure your scheduled time. Your card will not be charged for booking your appointment. Your card will only be charged if you no show or do not cancel 24-hours prior to your appointment time.
Cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of your services.
All appointment cancellations must be made online through the online booking site or via text or email.
LATE ARRIVALS
We ask that our clients arrive on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more you will be asked to reschedule your appointment, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointment.
REFILLS
In the event that you come to one of your fill appointments with 20% or less lashes per eye, you will be automatically considered a FULL SET and will be charged accordingly. All of the refill pricing is based on 40% of lashes that are in tact and not grown out from the base of the lash line.
TOUCHUPS
We strive for each and every client to have the best lash retention possible. We honor a 3-Day Touchup Policy if you are losing 4 or more lashes per eye within the first three days of having your eyelash extensions. Please contact us and let us know if you are experiencing premature fallout from your lashes. Touchup appointments must be made within 3 days from your appointment or you will be considered a regular fill. No exceptions.
PAYMENT/GRATUITY
We accept Cash and all major credit cards.
Gratuities are accepted.
